5xl Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing all users' use of the 5xl platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 5xl platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 5xl platform. Continued use following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 5xl.
Account Creation & User Security
Registration Requirements
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 5xl platform.
- Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 5xl reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
Account Security Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 5xl support team immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All 5xl users are required to comply with the platform's usage rules. Violation of any of the following rules may result in account suspension or closure.
Prohibited Activities on the 5xl Platform
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate the gaming system, or exploit any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for unauthorised gain.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without prior written consent from 5xl.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring account rights to a third party in any form.
- Making any false or misleading statements during registration or while using the platform.
- Disrupting, tampering with, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any servers, networks, or systems associated with the 5xl platform.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 5xl platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The following conditions govern deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
Deposits
Users may make deposits using the payment methods listed on the platform, including DuitNow, bank transfers, and other methods that may be added from time to time. All deposits are denominated in RM. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice. 5xl is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to the required identity verification and compliance with all relevant terms. 5xl reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal. Funds deposited via a specific payment method may only be withdrawn through the same method or another method designated by 5xl. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected.
Suspicious Transactions
5xl reserves the right to suspend, investigate, or void any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity. In such cases, 5xl may report the activity to the relevant authorities and may place a hold on the funds in the account concerned until the investigation is concluded.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
5xl Liability Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 5xl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss, service disruptions, or unauthorised access to user accounts. The 5xl platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability or the absence of technical errors.
5xl does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, viruses, or other issues that may affect users' devices. Users are responsible for taking appropriate protective measures on their own devices.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 5xl platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, graphic designs, text, software, and interface elements, is the exclusive property of 5xl and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written consent from 5xl. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Links to Third-Party Sites
The 5xl platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. 5xl does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is at the user's own risk, and users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of those sites before using them.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
5xl reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, provision of false information during registration, or compliance with instructions from law enforcement authorities.
Users may also close their own accounts by contacting the 5xl support team at [email protected]. Closing an account does not exempt users from obligations that arose prior to the closure date, including any outstanding debts or liabilities.
Changes to These Terms
5xl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the 5xl platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any disputes relating to the use of the 5xl platform.
